Unique setting for your meeting or event
Trenchard House provides a unique venue for your conference or meeting in a historic setting, overlooking Farnborough Airfield and Farnborough Aviation Heritage Quarter.
Trenchard House is the earliest building on the historic Farnborough aviation site. It was built in 1907 by the Royal Engineers to be the headquarters of their Balloon School and it is one of the oldest aviation related buildings in the country. It became the headquarters of Lord Trenchard – ‘The Father of the RAF’ – when he arrived at Farnborough in 1914.
FAST has internally refurbished Lord Trenchard’s Office into an attractive boardroom, named The Trenchard Room. This is regularly used for a wide range of meetings, film shows and celebratory events.
The Trenchard Room can be hired at competitive rates.
For that extra bit of interest for your event or meeting, the Museum exhibition areas can also be hired, including the Cody Pavilion with its full-size replica of the Cody Flyer as your backdrop!
A range of audio-visual services are available and externally-provided catering can be arranged.
Download our Hospitality Brochure and Booking Form below. For any enquiries, please telephone 01252 375050 (the office is manned on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, except for public holidays) or Email the Museum Secretary
